Seven Lakes Golf & Tennis Community
About Seven Lakes Golf & Tennis Community
Seven Lakes Golf and Tennis Community sits on the southern edge of Fort Myers, where it was begun in the early 1970s by the Leisure Technology Corporation of Florida. The developers chose the site for its proximity to shopping and restaurants, and laid out the community as a country club setting built around an 18-hole golf course.
The 1,096 residences are arranged around the course, giving most homes a view of the fairways. Beyond golf, the property includes tennis courts, swimming pools and a pavilion used for a range of leisure activities. After construction was finished, the development was handed over to the residents, who run it through a Master Association governed by an owner-elected Board of Directors.

More recently, the community has completed a significant renovation of both the golf course and the tennis courts, along with infrastructure work that included a new drainage system and resurfaced roads.
