About Boca Lago Golf & Country Club

Boca Lago Golf & Country Club occupies roughly 225 acres in central Boca Raton, a property of fairways and greens interspersed with lakes, preserve areas and resident wildlife. The club opened in 1975 as Boca Lago Country Club, originally member-owned and operated as an equity club; it now runs under private ownership as a non-equity club.

A comprehensive renovation program carried out under the newer ownership touched the golf and the supporting amenities alike, producing three championship courses and an extensive academy-level practice area, along with a new fleet of golf carts. Clubhouse work, fitness center improvements, refurbished pool amenities and both casual and fine dining venues were part of the same effort. The club later added "Golf" to its name to reflect the emphasis on the game.

Membership is offered on individual, family and corporate plans.
