About Ed Oliver Golf Club
Set in the heart of Wilmington, Delaware, Ed Oliver Golf Club occupies ground with a long golfing history: the site was originally home to the Wilmington Country Club.
The layout was first designed by architect Wilfred Reid, later revised by Alfred H. Tull, and reworked by Edmund B. Ault in 1971. Ault's version remains essentially intact today, retaining the course's traditional character. Among its distinguishing features is a century-old chimney that stands beside the 18th hole, a surviving landmark from the property's earlier days.
