About The Rookery Golf Course
The Rookery Golf Course is an 18-hole public layout in Milton, Delaware, within the Rehoboth Beach resort area and set just off the Broadkill River. Four sets of tees accommodate a range of playing abilities.
The design came from Pete Oakley, winner of the 2004 Senior British Open, working alongside course superintendent Chris Adkins. Water is a recurring feature throughout the routing, which is intended to challenge without overwhelming the average golfer.
The facility has a rustic clubhouse atmosphere and regularly hosts tournaments and outings for companies, social clubs and non-profit groups, with customizable packages and golf professionals on staff to assist with event planning.
