Pequot Golf Club sits in Stonington, in southeastern Connecticut, a short drive from historic Mystic and the Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casinos. The 18-hole layout plays to a par of 70 and winds through wooded country over gently rolling terrain, with tree-lined fairways and small, undulating greens that present a test for a range of skill levels.
The course was designed in 1958 by the late Wendell Ross. Jack Nicklaus played here in 1966, setting the official course record of 65.
