About Highland Meadows Golf Course
Highland Meadows opens with a par 5 rather than an easier warm-up hole. The tee shot plays to a generous fairway, but the approach demands planning: the landing area is guarded by the course's signature cottonwood tree and by water, with the safe line staying to the left and short of the hazard.
Longer hitters can attempt the green in two, again favoring the left side. The putting surface is sharply sloped, so leaving the ball below the hole is important for a two-putt.
