About The Golf Club at Rio Vista
The Golf Club at Rio Vista sits in Solano County, Northern California, near the Sacramento River Delta. Its name, meaning "river view," reflects the open scenery of rolling golden hills and distant peaks that frame the course.
The 18-hole layout was designed by architect Ted Robinson Sr. in a setting where the river delta meets the hills, combining long, open fairways with large greens. Water features placed throughout the design come into play on a number of shots. The course measures more than 6,800 yards from the championship tees and about 5,300 yards from the forward tees, with a rating of 73.6 and a slope of 131. Four sets of teeing areas allow golfers of differing skill levels to find a suitable length.
