About Newport Beach Golf Course
Newport Beach Golf Course is an 18-hole executive course set behind John Wayne Airport, between the 55 and 73 freeways. The layout is split into two nines that differ noticeably in character, and the course is lighted throughout for play after dark.
Golf mats are in use on the course itself as well as on the practice range. The practice facility includes a driving range with covered, lighted stalls and target greens with flags, a chipping green that allows shots from both rough and fringe, and a nine-hole putting green. All practice areas are lighted for evening use.
