About Bear Creek Golf Club

Bear Creek Golf Club sits in the foothills beneath the Santa Rosa Plateau in Murrieta, California, a private, members-only club with wide views of the surrounding landscape. The course was designed by Jack Nicklaus and opened in 1982, and it has long been a fixture of golf in the Inland Empire.

In August 2015 the course and clubhouse were purchased by Steele Canyon Golf Club Corporation, which placed added emphasis on member service. A renovation of the clubhouse followed, completed in the spring of 2016. The club operates as a full-service private facility, combining golf with clubhouse amenities for members and their guests.
