About Lincoln Hills Golf Club

Lincoln Hills Golf Club, in Lincoln, California, near Sacramento, offers two courses: The Hills Course and The Orchard Course.

The Hills Course measures 6,853 yards and mixes risk-reward par 5s with wide-open par 4s, though its par 3s do much to define the round. The downhill 12th, for instance, plays toward a green guarded by wetlands to the right and behind. Pin positions and careful course management both factor heavily into scoring here.

The Orchard Course plays through the rolling hills and natural wetlands typical of Placer County, with broad fairways and generous playing corridors that create a sense of openness. Hazards and stands of pine, oak and redwood frame the holes, adding both scenery and decisions to weigh off the tee.

Practice facilities are available on site. Proper golf attire is required on the courses and at the practice areas; denim, T-shirts, tank tops, halter tops and cut-offs are not permitted.
