Willowbrook Golf Course & Grill sits in a quiet valley at the foothills of the Cuyamaca Mountains, in the town of Lakeside, roughly 25 miles east of San Diego.
The course first opened in 1955 and plays over flat terrain with tree-lined fairways. In 1981 it was redesigned by Jack L. Daray, Sr., ASGCA, establishing the layout and yardage in use today.
The property lies within the Willowbrook Estates East and West manufactured-home community and is bordered on its southern side by the San Diego River. A grill is on site.
