About Palmbrook Golf Club
Opened in 1972, Palmbrook Golf Club plays to a par of 72 over 6,853 yards. The parkland-style layout is lined with palm trees and hardwoods, and a winding brook and several lakes run through the property.
The front nine relies on doglegs and strategic bunkering, while water becomes a larger factor on the back nine. The closing holes carry much of the test: the 16th is a par 4 of 475 yards from the back tees, the 17th a 558-yard par 5 that doglegs left, and the 18th a 398-yard par 4 with a narrow fairway sloping from left to right.
Practice facilities include a full driving range, a short-game area with a practice bunker, and a putting green. Range balls are available by the basket.
