Pinetop Lakes Country Club

Pinetop Lakes Country Club in Pinetop, Arizona, offers holes that reward placement over power, with several landing areas where a long iron or fairway metal keeps the ball in play more reliably than a driver.

Water and out-of-bounds come into play at multiple points, including one hole played largely as a carry over water from the championship tee and a long par 3 of more than 200 yards with out-of-bounds left and long and water to the right. Greens are generally on the smaller side of dramatic, several sloping from back to front with subtle breaks that make pin position a significant factor in putting difficulty.
