About Cypress Lakes Golf & Tennis
Cypress Lakes Golf & Tennis in Muscle Shoals features an 18-hole, par-71 layout playable from five sets of tees, making it accessible to a broad range of skill levels.
Tees, fairways and rough are planted in bermuda grass, while the greens are surfaced with MiniVerde ultradwarf bermuda. The course is shaped by a number of dogleg holes and water hazards, so accuracy off the tee plays a large role in scoring.

The round begins with a short par 4 where a drive of roughly 200 yards leaves a short iron over water to the green, with out of bounds running along the left side. Longer hitters can take on a carry of about 280 yards from the white tees, though winds common to the Muscle Shoals area factor into the decision.
