Arrowhead Country Club's layout opens with a demanding par 4 where the tee shot sets up the hole. Though not especially long, the approach must carry water to a green guarded by sand at the front left and along the right side, with most of the trouble gathered short of the putting surface.
A well-regarded par 3 plays uphill, bordered by out of bounds on the left and trees to the right. It has no bunkers, but a false front and a green that slopes from back to front make finding the correct tier important.

The course's signature hole is a par 5 that is reachable for stronger players while remaining playable for all levels. Its large green is framed at the front corners by arrowhead-shaped bunkers, and an additional trap sits to the right, hidden from view in the fairway.
